Refund Policy
At Couplease, we invest considerable effort and heart into creating custom action plans for every submission. That said, we understand that sometimes things change. Below is our official policy for refunds and cancellations:
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable if the planning process has not yet started.
- Timeframe: You must request a refund within 24 hours of your submission.
- Processing: Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method.
- Non-Refundable: If work has already begun on your custom plan, we cannot issue a refund due to the personal effort involved.
- Incorrect Submissions: If you submitted your desire in error, please contact us immediately. We may offer a one-time courtesy reset.
- Refund Requests: Email tech@couplease.com with your registered email and submission ID.
- Disputes: If your request isn’t resolved within 7 business days, you may escalate it to our internal review team.
